Booking a wedding in Bali, Hawaii, or Australia has been a dream of mine! While I’m not quite there yet in my career, I decided to create a Bali inspired wedding here in Idaho….the most dry place in the pacific northwest (and may I add it’s 500+ miles from the ocean)! I 1000% believe that one of my past selves was a beach bum, because I love the beach so much, yet I’ve never lived near it. It was my middle school dream to be a Billabong surfer girl (anyone else?)!!
Beside the point, I contacted Sprout Designs and Wildflower about this styled shoot and they were immediately on board! Sprout Designs put together an amazing team of vendors such as Pottery Barn, Feather + Twine Home, Blush Creek, Whitney Fredin Events, and Kinship Letterpress. We also added on Elsca Bride, Portsches Jewelry, and Behren Artistry.
Right around the time I was putting together inspiration for this shoot, Coffee Paint Repeat opened up her what was once a furniture store, now turned into a gorgeous studio in Meridian. White walls, plants, and amazing window light, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring her on as well.
I poured a lot of creativity and work into this styled shoot. It was the biggest one I’ve done, and I am SO HAPPY with how it turned out! All of the vendors were amazing and I can’t wait to work with them in the future.
